Welcome
Glow Girl is a female only, child friendly gym in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire. We specialise in small group personal training, fitness classes and gym sessions designed for all fitness levels from beginners to experienced.
Our gym is especially ideal for women who feel anxious or intimidated in traditional gym environments. At Glow Girl we have created a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can train at your own pace, build confidence, and feel completely comfortable from day one.
